The Challange
Field officers visited thousands of partner farmers across rural areas, recording crop data in notebooks. Data reached head office weeks later, too late to act on disease outbreaks.
Our Solutions
We built an offline-first Android app for field officers with crop surveys, photo capture, GPS tagging and Gujarati and Hindi language support. Data syncs automatically when a connection is available.
Results
Data reaching head office within hours instead of weeks Field visit capacity up 30% per officer Early disease alerts reached 1,200 farmers in the first season.
