The Challange
Members booked classes over WhatsApp and paid at the front desk. Popular classes were overbooked, no-shows were common and the brand had no way to reward loyal members.
Our Solution
We built iOS and Android apps with class booking, waitlists, in-app payments, membership plans and a points-based loyalty programme. An admin panel lets studio managers set schedules and track attendance.
Result
70% of bookings moved to the app within 3 months. No-show rate cut in half with reminders and late-cancel rules 4.8-star average rating on both app stores
