Each school in the trust ran admissions its own way, with paper forms, email chains and a different spreadsheet per school. Parents were confused, and the central team couldn’t see application numbers until the deadline had passed.
Our Solution
We built a single admissions portal where parents apply online, upload documents and track progress. School staff review applications through a shared dashboard with school-specific rules, and the trust sees live numbers across all sites.
Results
Paper forms removed entirely across 12 schools. Application processing time reduced by 65%. Parent enquiries to school offices down 50% during admissions season
